I'will say to think and just move in

I have been a resident since September 2011 and have been so happy here. Compared to prices of other complexes in uptown, you can't beat the value you get at Fitzhugh. The apartment layout's are great and the finishes are really nice. There's tons of storage space, which makes it a great place to live. Management is so friendly and is great at responding to any service requests you have. All of the residents are very friendly. I have a dog and I always feel safe walking him, even at night. The community has tons of features for dog owners, including multiple dog parks within the complex. I've lived in a variety of places in Dallas and have been the happiest here by far.

The interior and design of the apartments are the best I've seen in living in different apartments over the past few years. The office staff are friendly, efficient and provide great customer service. The apartments are within a short walk to West Village but it's nice just to walk around the complex. The pools are awesome, neighbor noise isn't too bad and maintenance requests are speedy. It's a nice place to call home!

Very quiet and safe property. Property management extremely courteous and professional. Apartments are modern and comfortable. Convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Maintenance staff very prompt and friendly!

Good group of young professionals who respect each other's space. Also, right in the middle of all the action, but far enough removed that you can escape it if desired.

Great. Well maintained. Staff is very responsive (albeit a little slow at times) but hey, we're not the only residents and we understand. Addresses the needs as quickly as possible and very engaging.

Great complex -- lots and lots of amenities (fitness center, great room, 3 wonderful pools, dog areas.

It's the nicest place in the area, with the exception of the surroundings. Price is competitive. It has the most beautiful pool.

I like living here. I pay less for the same apartment than I would have to if I lived on the other side of 75. As a single girl, it is a little scary walking around at night. Now that the property was purchased by BH, the management is much better, more responsive, and making positive changes around the property. I can hear my neighbor's every word, and I'm a little worried he can hear every conversation I have as well.

I just wanted to say I'm so happy with the new property management/owner. You've made great strides in taking care of some major issues (new dog park, fixing the entrance GATES, power washing the breezeways, updating the workout center). Not to mention, everyone in the office is SOOOOOOOOOO nice and helpful and requests actually get done! Maintenance has done a great job as well and work is completed the day of request without additional followups. Keep up the great work and you will continue to have long term residents like myself! Overall I think the new management has made an incredible difference. I'm happy they are willing to listen to residents and make a difference (dog park, cleaning up breezeways, updating gym). Most importantly - the GATES are finally fixed (nightmare). Thank you! The staff is superb and really goes out of their way to help whereas with Riverside I would have to call & email several times before any action was taken. A couple of areas that I wish could be improved is the noise from other tenants. I've complained before about surround sound issues. I was told to call security (but its not like they are having a party and out of control - just lack of consideration for others). I've left notes on tenants door to be more considerate but really has not helped much. I have come out to my car in the garage and have had beer bottles left on my car and surrounding area. Another car (BMW) has a major oil leak and has marked his territory in almost every space on the 3rd level. My final issue is the water pressure - it would be really great to take a shower with normal water pressure. Keep making a difference - its definitely paying off!
